Your privacy is important to The TGB Foundation so we’ve developed a Privacy Policy that covers how The TGB Foundation treats information that The TGB Foundation collects and receives from you through www.TheTGBfoundation.org and through other aspects of The TGB Foundation business, including offline. This Privacy Policy together with the Terms of Use govern your use of the Site.

You have the option to not receive further promotional communications from The TGB Foundation. Please note that unsubscribe requests may take up to ten (10) days to become effective.
6. Information Sharing With Third Parties
Except as provided below, The TGB Foundation does not share the information it collects from you with others without your permission.
We do not disclose or sell personal information of our donors with any third party.
The TGB Foundation may disclose the information it collects to others:

The TGB Foundation does not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13. If you are under age 13, you are not permitted to use the website or to submit any personal information to The TGB Foundation offline or on the website. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you may visit the website but you may not submit any personal information. If we become aware that a user is under age 18 and has provided personal information, we will take steps to remove his or her personal information from our files. If you are a parent or guardian and believe The TGB Foundation may have inadvertently collected personal information from your child, please notify The TGB Foundation immediately by sending an email to give@TheTGBfoundation.org.
In the case of personal information about you provided to us by hospitals or medical providers, such information may be collected about children under the age of 17 with their parent or legal guardian’s consent, if we have received confirmation from the hospitals or medical providers that such information was collected with the parent or legal guardian’s consent.

The TGB Foundation uses reasonable administrative, physical and electronic security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information. No transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under the control of The TGB Foundation to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. While we strive to protect personal information, neither The TGB Foundation nor our service providers can ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the internet. Any such transmission is at your own risk.
