Andrew’s Story
Andrew has always been a star student, but as is the case with many high intellect individuals, he struggled socially… especially around new people. To help him overcome his social awkwardness, his mom investigated a variety of after school activities that would interest and inspire him.
As soon as Andrew joined the Hall-Monroe STEM program he started to open up. With funding from The TGB Foundation for a robotics curriculum, Andrew discovered a love for technology and programming that motivates him to expand his dream of being in the IT field. He is now mastering the programming of robots and teaching his siblings, who also participate in the program.
